The Dela Costa Community Center in Rodriguez, Rizal, Philippines is a 5,500 sqm parcel of underdeveloped land with an untapped potential. Initially met with various issues and challenges, our team worked closely with the community to transform the space into a vibrant and engaging hub that effectively responds to the diverse needs of the community.
Features and Amenities: Canopy for shade and rain cover, plant boxes used for bushes and hedges, street lights, benches, trash cans, paved walkway from the main road to the community center, adaptive space for parking and food stalls, playground, plaza, and bike lanes.
