The "bowling alley" could be repurposed from storage to something better. Potentially a staff lounge.
In general, the offices use space inefficiently.
This is a big area that should to be organized for better storage efficiency.
The art murals on the interior must be preserved.
Some classrooms could be partitioned to make better use of space. Instead of Speech, Councilor, or Psych occupying an entire classroom.
The historical aspect campus should be preserved.
