Renovation project of the public space around Geneks Tower

I walk by this area almost every day and I like this project very much.

Looks like nice place to chill and hang out with my friends!

I appreciate that the new paving is similar to the original one.

Beautiful preservation of the previous appearance and adding new functionality to a once neglected location.

I think that the potential of the open space has been used to the maximum. It’s accessible for public and engages the public with social activities.

I like that you added this co-working space, I just wish it could also be used as a cafe or an art station.

It’s good that the design is flexible and open for change in case of social/public events (like carnivals or the fair).

I think the co-working space and sports were very much needed and people would use it frequently, because now it’s empty space that many people just walk past. I would like to see this actually built.

The new basketball court is very interesting because of its round shape. It's also a nice addition because currently there are no courts around the building.

I think the new pavement is okay, maybe you could've added some street art or art exhibition.

Additional sports and cultural content bring significant improvement compared to the previous state of the space

It's great that you added trees next to busy road, it's better not only for the shade and appearance, but also to protect the plateau from the noise.

The sports field is excellent

It has a safe and welcoming vibe that is accommodating for all age groups.

Open court gives an opportunity to build a sense of community in younger people. Not to mention safer grounds for sports activities.

This space desperately needed those lamps you added because it was very dark and scary at night.
