For Stage 1, designers were asked to use Engage to gather community feedback on what they would like to see in the select site.
Here is your chance to provide design feedback to the designer. Please be respectiful.
"In my design I have different areas, each with a special theme.
First, I have a classical and vintage plaza with a fountain, flower bushes, Roman columns, and wooden floors. This plaza is surrounded by food stalls and has lots seating.
Second, I have a performance area where people can enjoy music, drama, and other shows. It has seating facing the water and a performance stage covered in flowers.
Third, I have a platform for people to watch the boats pass and take photos.
Fourth, I have an underwater viewing area. This area is sunk into the lake so people can watch the fish below.
Fifth, I have a kids playground with swings, slides, and bridges. It has plenty of seating for parents to watch their kids.
Lastly, I have a dog park with a red fire hydrant which is surrounded by bushes for dogs to pee on. It even has a dog treat dispenser and a water fountain with a bottle filler.
All of these areas are surrounded by other plants, winding roads, and water features."
