Known for its unique architecture and stunning urban natural spaces, Chicago has an abandoned, dark, and underutilized space that has the potential to become a beacon for Chicago and its residents. This space could serve as a vibrant center for artistic and diverse outdoor activities such as concerts, exhibitions, workshops, recreation and landscape exploration. By infusing brightness and color, it could be a catalyst for cultural integration, truly becoming "A Bright Light for Chicago."
