If you are not satisfied with an Engage Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to change of mind as well as to problems with the Service.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or email us at support@engagebygo.com and we will help arrange it.

After a refund or cancellation

When a Pro subscription ends, the organization returns to the free plan. Your surveys and response data remain accessible under free plan limits, and you can export your responses at any time before deletion.

Renewals

Pro renews annually. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; access continues through the end of the paid period.
